**NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POSSIBLE AT THIS TIME**Orders for daycare supplies from our online catalogue placed within our local trading areas will be delivered within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, between 8am - 5pm.
Orders must be placed by 3pm to guaranty prompt delivery.
The order is shipped pending credit approval and product availability. Delivery is free on orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged a $5.00 low order fee.
Orders placed outside of the local trading areas may take 3-5 business days and will have a separate delivery charge based on the weight of the order. We will attempt to provide you with the least costly method of transportation fees.
A contact person must be available to accept the delivery between the hours of 8am - 5pm.
In the event of a holiday, deliveries may be delayed. We observe many Federal and Provincial holidays across Canada.

A 10% fee will be charged if the wrong product was ordered by our customer.

OUR CUSTOMERS WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MERCHANDISE NOT RECEIVED WHICH WAS SIGNED FOR UPON DELIVERY. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE NUMBER OF CASES SIGNED FOR MATCH THE NUMBER INDICATED ON THE DELIVERY SLIP. SHOULD THERE BE ANY DISCREPENCIES, PLEASE HAVE THE DRIVER INDICATE AND INITIAL ANY CHANGES. PLEASE ADVISE US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF THIS SITUATION SHOULD ARISE.
